WEST END TWILIGHT MARKETS
West End Twilight Markets is a newly emergent weekly event that prides itself on overlooking the traditional parameters of its namesake, preferring instead to think of itself as a pocket-sized festival, bursting with arts/culture-mongers and fine community spirit. Operating out of an old undercover car park in the main street of West End, its dedicated performance space is quickly gaining a name for itself as a niche music venue that boasts high-calibre contemporary and independent artists offering intimate performances, with no cover charge. The market operates from 4pm - 9pm on Saturday evenings, and with its licensed bar, specialty coffee merchants, woodfired pizzas, and vegan chocolate cakes (among other things), it is becoming a popular destination for patrons of Brisbane's burgeoning cultural scene.
